Who We Are
T.E.S.S Construction and Developments (Pty) Ltd is a construction service provider specializing in core areas of construction business, and these include general building civil works. The Company was founded in 2017 and formally registered in 2018. T.E.S.S Construction and Developments is 100% black owned and managed, and the Company gives preference to previously disadvantaged personnel in terms of job opportunities. It also intends to participate in projects of massive skills development in previously disadvantaged communities hence its management is a product of Black Economic Empowerment (BEE).
The company strives to transforms construction industry with high quality service in core of construction while ensuring that people from previously disadvantaged communication are provided with job opportunities.
Our goal is simply to be the best and to continually improve. This is accomplished through focused teamwork, pride in our work, quality-controlled systems – and by hiring and educating the best people we can possibly find.
