Thabo E. Shilubana

Thabo E. Shilubana is the founder and sole Managing Director of TESS Construction and Developments. He holds a B Tech Degree in Civil Engineering(2021). He is registered as a professional engineering technologist with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). He has 6 years’ experience in construction of civil engineering infrastructure having worked for both Construction and Consulting Civil Engineering companies within and outside the borders of South Africa.

Brighton Manuel: B-Eng (Civil)
Brighton Manuel joined TESS Construction and Developments in January 2019. He holds a Honours Degree in Civil Engineering obtained from the University of Cape Town in 2010 and has accumulated over 15 years’ experience in design and construction of Civil Engineering infrastructure. He is currently registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).
Brighton Manuel fulfills the role of project manager and oversees a range of private and public works projects. He specializes in project management, project administration, contract documentation and contract management.
Ashley N. Baloyi

Ashley Baloyi joined TESS Construction and Developments in February 2021. He holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Urban Engineering (2022) and a Diploma in Civil Engineering (2019) from Tshwane University of Technology. Nthabiseng has a year in the design and construction of sewer and water reticulation projects and over two years’ experience in construction monitoring of civil engineering infrastructure projects. He is currently registered as a Candidate Engineering Technician with the Engineering Counsel of South Africa (ECSA).
Ashley Baloyi fulfils the role of Project Manager. He oversees the initiation, planning, monitoring, and execution of a project. He specializes in project management, programme management and construction management.
Precious Mazibuko

Precious Mazibuko joined TESS Construction and Developments in October 2020. She holds a National Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Durban University of Technology from 2019. She is currently study towards an Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering with the University of South Africa. She has three years’ experience in Roads and Stormwater as a Resident Engineer and two years’ experience in Project Management.
Precious currently fulfils the role of a Project Engineer and Programme Manager. She facilitates the implementation of projects from inception to close out. Her role entails planning and proactively monitoring projects progress, executing problem resolutions and implementing suitable remedial measures.
